Madeleine is a Trainee Solicitor and Level 2 Senior Caseworker accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. She represents clients in a variety of matters, including asylum, appeals, applications for leave to remain in the UK and Judicial Review. Madeleine’s experience includes working with vulnerable clients, such as unaccompanied children and victims of torture and domestic violence. She also assists many victims of trafficking and often works with clients with mental health problems.
She assists senior lawyers in Court of Appeal and Supreme Court cases. She also appears in the First-Tier Tribunal and, on occasion, in the Upper Tribunal as an advocate.
Madeleine is dedicated and hard-working. She is passionate about providing a high quality service and achieving the very best results for her clients.
Madeleine has a Masters in Chinese from the University of Edinburgh. She is currently studying her LPC/LLM part-time at the University of Law. She speaks English, French (fluently), Mandarin (intermediate) and Spanish (basic).
