Shanjida Afrin

Shanjida is accredited as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, which demonstrates that she possesses the desired level of knowledge and competence in this area of law as defined by the Law Society. It also enables her to represent and advise both immigration matters, both publicly funded and private clients.

Having completed the Bar Professional Training Course, Shanjida is also a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Client’s often praise her ability to see their case from a barristerial perspective and she is well known by colleagues and clients as a strong caseworker and advocate of freedom, fairness and justice.

Shanjida is experienced and willing to act under extreme time pressures to ensure that justice is achieved for her clients. She further has significant experience dealing with vulnerable clients, including minors and those who have psychological issues including victims of torture and trafficking. She takes pride and great care in attention to detail to allow her to form the best case possible for every client.
