Having acquired a level 3 Legal Administration qualification, she has many positive skills and knowledge which helps to enhance our client journey and experience. From the first call to the final visit to our offices, and in many cases, with the next client instruction on a new legal matter, Laura is often the re-assuring familiar face and voice.
