Immigration Application Fees & Immigration Health Surcharge Increase

On 13^th July 2023 the UK Government announced that there will be significant fee increases to both immigration application fees and immigration health surcharge fees. The immigration health surcharge will increase from £624 to £1035 per year. The discounted rate applied to children, students and youth mobility will increase from £470 to £776 per year. 

Additionally, work and visit visa application fees will be increased by 15%. All other immigration and nationality application fees will rise by at least 20%. This will include spouse visa applications, applications for dependant relatives, student visa applications, further leave to remain extension applications, settlement applications, naturalisation and nationality applications. 

There has been no announcement as to when the increased fees will be implemented.
