Joanne is a qualified Solicitor and Head of the Private Client Department. She is an accredited Level 2 Senior Immigration Caseworker and Supervisor. Joanne has specialised in UK immigration and nationality for 14 years and gained extensive experience dealing with corporate and private clients. She is also an experienced advocate regularly representing clients at the immigration tribunal.

Joanne advises businesses and individual clients in all aspects of corporate, private immigration and nationality law. She also has extensive expertise in complex human rights, asylum applications and public law matters with a special interest in unlawful detention claims.
