Qays Sediqi

Qays is a UK Qualified Solicitor and also a Level 2 Senior Caseworker with Supervisor status under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.

Qays specialises in all immigration matters and has special expertise in private immigration matters including Article 8 applications, applications under the Immigration Rules, Leave Outside the Immigration Rules, settlement, naturalisation etc.

Qays’ expertise also extends to Legal Aid matters – he regularly assists the most vulnerable in society including but not limited to victims of domestic violence, clients with mental health issues and minors.

Qays is actively in the Public Law team and frequently advises clients on Judicial Review matters at the Upper Tribunal and Administrative Court.

Well known for his client care – his clients describe him as knowledgeable, skilled and empathetic.

In addition to English, Qays can also speak fluent Dari and Dutch – he can also speak German at intermediate level. This allows him to effectively communicate with clients. In his spare time, he enjoys watching films, travelling and Mixed Martial Arts.
